Biographical Information:
John Giallanza brings with him thirty-five (35) years of experience in the commercial end of Facilities Property Management. Today John shares that knowledge along with his professionalism to his customers and clients.

John’s extensive knowledge in this industry is second to none. Known for his soft spoken approach and problem solving demeanor, John knows how to fulfill his customers and clients real estate needs time and again.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, John and his wife Rose eventually decided to move to Staten Island and currently reside in Eltingville.

John sets his goals high when working with buyers. His loyalty and honesty along with his work ethic provides satisfactory results. “My contribution is helping people connect. By being proactive is the only way for me to help my customers and clients reach their life long dreams of home ownership”, says John.

For leisure John enjoys sports, social engagements, and spending quality time with friends and family and dining out with his wife Rose.
