In 1991, he accepted the challenge of managing that corporate owned office and the sales volume of the office steadily improved each year under his direction. It was because of the growth of that office that enable Coldwell Banker to successfully sell the office. It was purchase by a Coldwell Banker franchise which had other offices already on Staten Island. In 1995, after the office was then sold to another Coldwell Banker franchise, Joe then moved to a large independent office as both a sales manager and an associate broker where he become a consistent top producer. That office was also franchised by a large New Jersey based real estate firm in 2001. Again, Joe continued to win Top producer awards. From 2001 through 2006, Joe won a SIBOR Top Producer Award each year as well as 4 corporate Top Producer Awards including 3 President’s Cups, the highest attainable corporate sales award. At the end of 2006, Joe went to a small, well established independent real estate office to concentrate his efforts solely as a sales associate. In 2007, his earned the prestigious “Board Certified Real Estate Professional” (BCREP) designation and his success as a top producer continued as he won another SIBOR Top Producer Award in 2007 and was a top producer in 2008 and 2009 as well. During his 24 real estate career, Joe has completed several hundred real estate transactions valued at over $90 MM. In addition to being a “Board Certified Real Estate Professional, Joe is a “Certified Relocation Specialist”, an REO specialist listing and selling bank foreclosures and has expertise in marketing and selling landmarked properties. In 2009, Joe successfully listed and sold two Landmarked properties on Staten Island. Starting in 2010, Joe returns to Coldwell Banker by joining Coldwell Banker Di Tommaso Realty and will concentrate mainly on listing and marketing properties by representing sellers. However, he can and will also represent buyers in their purchase of real estate properties having completed over $2.2 MM of real estates sales in 2009 as a buyer’s agent.
