Biographical Information:
Julie Porowski – is known for her comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, professionalism and the caring service she has provided to the hundreds of buyers and sellers she has worked with in more than 20 years as a Realtor.

That reputation extends to her peers in the industry as well. Julie’s approach to the real estate industry is to put the needs of her customers and clients first.

She believes that by listening, counseling and following through from start to finish, she can truly make a worthy contribution to the lives of the people she serves.

Julie sets her goals high! She continually attends seminars, conferences and educational sessions to keep up with the ever-changing industry. But there is one thing that has not changed: Her motto is “People don’t care what you know until they know that you care.”

Julie is a member of the Staten Island Board of Realtors and serves as a Director and as Chairperson for the Professional Standards Committee.  She was named "Realtor-Associate of the Year" in 2003.  She is a Certified Relocation Specialist and a North Carolina Licensed Real Estate Broker. Julie is committed to several causes, including Habitat for Humanity, Children International and the Humane Society of the US. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster. 

Julie resides in Great Kills with her husband Victor and enjoys spending time with her dogs, Molly and Penny, and her kitty, Miss Maddie.  She also loves visiting her family and friends in North Carolina.
